The technology arm of ULOT Construction Nigeria Limited. Lighting, climate, curtains, locks, and music, so the house responds to your family. The same company that can build the building can also teach it how you live.

Same company. ULOT Smart Homes is an arm of ULOT CONSTRUCTION NIGERIA LIMITED, RC 1481787, at No 5, Methodist Street, Epe. It is not a separate firm.Construction site.

What we install

The parts of the house that should simply behave.

No shopping list, and no prices. These are the things we design into a home after we have walked it with you.

Lighting

Relays in the electrical board, glass switches on the wall. A scene can set a whole room, and a switch still works as a switch for anyone who wants one.

Climate

Your air conditioners, controlled by infrared. Cool the rooms people are actually in, and let the others rest.

Curtains

Open with the morning, close for a film, or draw when you leave. The fabric follows the scene instead of waiting for a walk across the room.

Locks

The doors that matter, visible on the panel at home. Leaving becomes one calm check.

Heaters

A bathroom or bedroom brought to a comfortable warmth as part of a scene, not as a separate errand.

Music

Playlists that live in the house. Music Assistant keeps a library on site, so listening does not depend on a streaming subscription being online. Cloud music can be added later. It is not the default.

Wall panel

A touch screen on the wall running the ULOT interface shown above: scenes, rooms, music, and the state of the house. It is meant to be obvious to everyone who lives there, including a guest.

Voice

Ask for a scene in ordinary words when your hands are full. Voice is a convenience. The panel and the switches do the same jobs without it. We do not promise voice that works with no internet.

How it feels for the family

One press, and the rooms that matter agree.

A scene is a mood the whole house shares. Press one to read what it does. Every description stays on the page.

Good Morning

Curtains ease open, a few lights rise, and the rooms you actually use come to a comfortable temperature. Music only if you want it.

Goodnight

The house settles. Lights dim to a path for the last person up, climate eases, and the panel shows the doors as you left them.

Leaving

One press on the way out. Lights off, curtains as you prefer them, climate paused, and a clear picture of what is secure.

Welcome

You arrive to a house that is already lit and comfortable — not a dark hallway and a hunt for switches.

Movie

The room you are in dims, the curtains close, and sound takes the front. The rest of the house stays quiet.

Dinner

The table is the bright point. Surrounding lights warm and drop, so the room feels gathered rather than floodlit.

Three ways to ask

Wall panel, phone, and voice.

On the wall

The panel in the house is the one everyone can use, including someone who will never open an app.

In the hand

Your phone carries the same scenes. From another room it is instant. From away, it uses the internet when you choose to reach home.

In a sentence

“Goodnight” is enough when speaking is easy. If it is not, the switches have not gone anywhere.

Works offline

In the house

Built to keep working when the internet does not.

ULOT Smart Homes is built on Home Assistant. That is software which runs on a small computer in your house, rather than in a data centre abroad. Think of it as a house manager who lives on the premises.

Lights, climate, curtains, locks, and the music library keep doing their work when the connection drops. Your phone can still reach the house while you are away — that part uses the internet — but the daily life of the building does not depend on it.

Nothing here asks you to become a technician. We design the scenes, we install the equipment, and we teach the family.

Stays in the house

  • Lights and glass switches
  • Air conditioners
  • Curtains
  • Locks, from home
  • Music library
  • Scenes on the wall panel

How a project goes

Survey, design, install, train, support.

Whether we built the house or you already live in it, the order is the same. We start by walking the building, not by sending a catalogue.

  1. 01

    Survey

We walk the building with you: the board, the rooms, and the way the day actually goes.

  2. 02

    Design

A clear plan of what will be controlled, where the panel sits, and which scenes you will live with.

  3. 03

    Install

Finished, tidy work, held to the same standard as the construction side of the company.

  4. 04

    Train the family

Everyone who lives there learns the panel, the phone, and the switches. A conversation, not a manual left on a table.

  5. 05

    Support

When a scene should change, or a room is added, you already know who to call.

Practical questions

Power, internet, an existing house, and aftercare.

What happens in a power cut?

The small computer that runs the house sits on an inverter, so scenes can return when you want them to. Air conditioners and heaters only run when they themselves have power. At the survey we agree what should stay on during a cut, and what can wait.

What if the internet drops?

Lights, climate, curtains, locks from inside the house, the music library, and the wall panel are controlled on the premises. They keep working when the connection drops. Reaching the house from your phone while you are away needs the internet. A voice service that lives outside the house may go quiet. The switches and the panel do not.

Can you fit an existing house, or only a new build?

Both. On a new building we hide the routes while the walls are open. In a house you already live in, we start with a survey and work around finishes that should stay. This page is not a shopping list, and it does not carry prices.

Who do we call afterwards?

The Smart Homes desk, when a scene should change or a room is added. The construction desk remains the one for the building itself — repairs, fabric, and maintenance. It is the same company. There is no second firm to chase.

The next conversation

Let's look at your building.

Tell us what you have in mind. We talk it through, then put a quotation to the work itself.
